Waste water discharge from our washing facilities are collected into the collection tanks through their Inlet drains, and flow to the Equalization tanks with bar screen chamber. Air is blown into Equalization tanks by blowers for proper mixing of different types of effluents. After mixing, effluents are sent to the Neutralization tanks to control the pH levels. The standard pH level for industrial waste water is 6-9.
The treated effluents are then sent to the Flocculation tank through a Flash Mixture tank for producing proper flow of sludge by dosing of poly Electrolyte solution. After producing the sludge, the effluents are sent to the Tube Settler-clarifier.
Supernatant liquid is then sent to the Aeration tank to decrease the BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand) and COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and increase the DO (Dissolved Oxygen). Thus, the settled sludge is managed as per environmental requirements and standards. After proper controlling of water test parameters such as BOD, COD, DO, TDS (Total Dissolved Solid), SS (Suspended Solid), TSS (Total Suspended Solid) and others, the treated water is safely drained out to the nearby water body.
